ILR का 5 से 10 साल होना सबसे बड़ा change है। इसका मतलब UK में permanent settle होने में अब double समय लगेगा।
Skilled Worker Visa — New B2 English Requirement
8 जनवरी 2026 से जो apply कर रहे हैं, उनके लिए B2 English compulsory है।
B2 level क्या है? IELTS में minimum 5.5–6.0 overall। यह पहले के B1 (IELTS 4.0–5.0) से clearly higher है।
