CBSE ने exam confidentiality और unauthorised fee collection — दोनों पर एक साथ सख्त कार्रवाई की, zero-tolerance crackdown से students और parents की protection का संकेत
CBSE ने official notice के ज़रिए सभी affiliated schools को exam confidentiality के strict directives जारी किए और unauthorised fee collection पर warning दी — यह दोहरी कार्रवाई exam fairness और financial transparency दोनों पर एक साथ enforcement का संकेत है, जो CBSE के recent history में सबसे सख्त directives में से एक है।
यह dual directive 4.6 करोड़ से ज़्यादा students और उनके parents को directly affect करती है।
CBSE ने evaluation confidentiality और fee regulation दोनों पर एक साथ notice जारी किया
Central Board of Secondary Education ने official notice में कहा कि board exams से जुड़ी evaluation process और marking scheme की कोई भी जानकारी social media पर share करना सख्त मना है। CBSE के official notice के अनुसार: "Dissemination of false or misleading information related to CBSE examinations or evaluation processes on social media is strictly prohibited।"
ऐसा करने वाले teachers और individuals को "defaulters" माना जाएगा और उनके खिलाफ legal action होगा। Board ने teachers को "confidentiality and professionalism" बनाए रखने की सख्त हिदायत दी है।
दूसरे notice में CBSE ने schools को warning दी कि students से exam-related किसी भी process के लिए prescribed fees से अलग कोई charge नहीं लिया जाए। Fee structure को schools की official website पर publicly display करना अब mandatory है।
यह सिर्फ routine advisory नहीं — पहले guidelines दी जाती थीं, इस बार legal consequences जोड़े गए
CBSE ने पहले भी confidentiality और fee collection पर guidelines जारी की थीं। लेकिन इस बार enforcement mechanism बदला — दोनों directives के साथ explicit legal consequences जोड़े गए।
2025 में CBSE ने fake paper leak की अफवाहों पर notice जारी किया था जिसमें Cyber Police और IPC तथा IT Act के तहत FIR का ज़िक्र था। 2026 में scope बड़ा हुआ — अब evaluation process की जानकारी share करना भी उसी legal framework में आ गया।
Fee regulation पर भी यही shift है। पहले schools को fee structure display करने की advisory दी जाती थी। अब यह mandatory है। Non-compliance पर affiliation rules के तहत penalty — inspection से लेकर affiliation withdrawal तक — का प्रावधान है।

यह directive students को दो अलग-अलग तरीकों से protect करती है। Evaluation confidentiality से marking process में irregularity की संभावना कम होती है और students को accurate, fair marks मिलने की guarantee बेहतर होती है।

- Mismatch हो तो CBSE Regional Office में लिखित शिकायत दर्ज करें
- Complaint में school name, CBSE affiliation number, और fee detail ज़रूर शामिल करें
Social media पर circulate हो रही evaluation-related posts पर भरोसा न करें। CBSE ने कहा है कि stakeholders केवल cbse.gov.in की official posts पर भरोसा करें।
Evaluation confidentiality का नियम और OSM system — 2026 में क्या अलग है
Class 12 की answer sheets इस साल On-Screen Marking — OSM — system से check हो रही हैं, जिसमें evaluators digitally answer sheets check करते हैं। Marking scheme strictly confidential है।
Practical exam marks के बारे में CBSE का confirmed rule है: practical exam marks किसी भी student या किसी भी person को किसी भी परिस्थिति में disclose नहीं किए जाएँगे। Class 12 practical exams सिर्फ CBSE-appointed external examiners conduct कर सकते हैं — school द्वारा appointed alternative examiner की assessment null and void होगी।

Class 12 की board exams 2026 की evaluation process अभी चल रही है। Results की exact date CBSE ने स्रोत सामग्री में confirm नहीं की थी।
